Self-awareness is the ability to recognise your own emotions and the impact that these feelings have on your behaviour.

How Becoming more self-aware gets results
You’ll become more effective at work by really understanding your personal strengths and weaknesses. You’ll do a self-assessment of your strengths, weaknesses, personal beliefs and feelings and learn how this links to your level of focus upon self-improvement.

Each of the six study sessions will introduce you to the key concepts of self-awareness. You can assess your current level of self-awareness and try out a range of practical, easy-to-use techniques to help you develop your skills and abilities.

When you complete your course you can download a Workskills 21 Certificate of Completion – a great addition to your qualifications and your CV!

Session 3: Noticing your feelings
Session 4: What do you believe?
