Creating a learning account

To create a learning account for your organisation there’s an annual licence fee of £2,467.50. Then you simply select the learner study fee appropriate to the number of courses you want to access and complete the payment transaction. Learner study fees are structured to meet the needs of all sizes of organisation. The more you use, the lower the individual cost.

When you have completed the payment process you can decide which courses are appropriate for your staff. You control how courses are allocated to your staff. It’s a simple process, which is completed online. Your learners will then receive a username and password enabling them to log on and begin learning.

The system enables you to track when and how learner study fees have been spent. You can track when your account is in credit. You can also see your balance so that you can top your account up, as and when you need to.

	An annual licence fee of £2,467.50.
	You can then choose the size of your initial course balance:
	20 courses @ £29 = £580 (Total payment = £3,047.50)
	50 courses @ £27 = £1,350 (Total payment = £3,817.50)
	100 courses @ £23.50 = £2,350 (Total payment = £4,817.50)
	150 courses @ £20.50 = £3,075 (Total payment = £5,542.50)
	500 courses @ £17.50 = £8,750 (Total payment = £11,217.50)

	You can then top-up your learning account as you need to in the following way:
	20 courses @ £29 = £580
	50 courses @ £27 = £1,350
	100 courses @ £23.50 = £2,350
	150 courses @ £20.50 = £3,075
	500 courses @ £17.50 = £8,750
