to Psychology of high performance!
The psychological study of high performers has identified
the thinking patterns they use in sport, business and life
in general. These patterns have been used to develop techniques
that can be used by anyone. This course does not presume to
tell you what you should be achieving in
your life – that is entirely up to you. What this course
will do is help you define precisely what
you want and develop the mindset most likely to bring you
success.
To maximise the benefits from this course, just work through
it thoroughly. Simply select the area(s) of your life you
wish to change and then apply the techniques provided. Enjoy
the process and find what works best for you.
This course contains three essential study Sessions. As you
work through each Session, click to read the case studies
and examples. When prompted, complete the tasks and exercises
– you should print copies of the work you do and use
them to build a Performance Portfolio that you can keep for
future reference.
For some of the exercises, you may find it useful to keep
a log of your activities over a week or more. Click the logbook

and keep in your Performance Portfolio.
