The mind-body link

Begin by trying a simple exercise >>

Even in a simple case like this, the mind-body link can be demonstrated. When you were in a poor emotional state, you probably found it very difficult to stand up and it took a real effort to do this. In your positive frame of mind, you were able to rise more easily and probably felt ready to go on and do much more.

These results may be obvious and predictable – but just think for a minute! A few seconds of thinking one way, then another, results in a very different physical performance.

In other words:

“Our thoughts strongly influence our performance.”
